The website offers a registration function for interested parties. In this case, the required mandatory data is processed for the purpose of providing the account on the basis of Art 6 (1) lit b DSGVO. In particular, these are the e-mail address, the name, as well as the password for the use of the account. This information is used for the use of the online account. Information e.g. about technical updates will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
Upon termination of the online account, all data relating to the online account will be removed, subject to legal retention periods.
In the context of the use of our registration and login functions and the use of the user account, we store the IP address and the time of the action taken. The storage is based on our legitimate interests, as well as those of users in the protection against misuse and other unauthorized use.
In principle, this data is not passed on to third parties. An exception arises if the transfer is necessary for the prosecution of our claims or a legal obligation according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c. DSGVO has arisen.
